When you request an assessment, quotation or flight information, you may provide your name, contact details, preferred service, qualifications, travel information and other details you choose to include. Website forms prepare this information for you to send through WhatsApp; the website does not submit it to a Cowri Mobility database.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess the requested service, provide relevant guidance, prepare quotations and manage our relationship with you. We only request information reasonably needed for those purposes.
Website measurement
If you accept analytics cookies, Meta Pixel measures visits and selected website interactions. We do not load Meta Pixel after you reject optional tracking. Details and preference controls are provided in our Cookie Policy.
Sharing and international services
Your information may be handled by communication providers such as WhatsApp when you choose to contact us. Where necessary to deliver a service, information may also be shared with relevant institutions or providers with your knowledge. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain enquiry and service records only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant service, legal obligations and legitimate business records. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or third-party platform is completely secure.
